Our challenge, which began over 70 years ago, was to create a place that could combine the convenience of the supermarket, with its wide variety and shelf availability, and a selection of food of the highest quality, tightly bonded to the territory. Menhem Trading had an unconventional start as a trader. Originally opening as a convenient store, acquiring its footfall from selling the freshly baked bread from the Hanna Menhem "Bou Saykouni" Bakery but rapidly became a trademark for selling premium flour.
